Thank you everyone for supporting our little business over the last 12+ years. It’s been quite the journey and we’re very thankful for your support.

From Sarah baking in hher London flatshare in her 20’s - testing bakes on hher flatmates and workmates - to renting some kitchen space in the basement of a deli in Parsons Green (and paying the rent with cake!) , to getting to supply some of the UK’s finest stores - Whole Foods Market, Harrods, Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason, Harvey Nichols and Morrisons, it’s been quite the ride.

We’ve achieved so much for such a small team and we could not be more proud. Alas, all rides must come to an end and ours seems to be getting close.

There’s just so many things against us right now - even though we just managed to scrape by through covid and are back trading at pre pandemic levels - we unfortunately have a huge way to go if we are to regain stability and forge a new path forward.

There’s masses of potential in the brand and the business. And we’d love to keep going. But the only way that we could, is if we could raise a sum of money to automate the labour intensive parts of our business, or sell some or all of the business to someone who can invest in the growth much more than we can.

So we ask for your support. We’ve a little crowdfunder going. If you believe that people should still enjoy the sweeter side of life with out cakes, we would very much welcome your support. We’ve created a “Support Us” collection which is a way for you to show your support and we are able to immediately and directly receive help. As opposed to a crowdfunding site where we would have to wait for weeks.

We would also welcome contact from any potential investor, or anyone who might be interested in buying our business and taking it forward.
