Our story 

We are a multi-award winning luxury gluten free bakery, hand making deliciously tempting treats in London.
On a mission to develop amazing tasting gluten free cakes with perfect textures, we have developed a range of brownies and friands that have won multiple golds in the Great Taste Awards and are sold in prestigious stores including Harrods, Selfridges, Whole Foods Market and Fortnum & Mason. We’ve even supplied members of the British Royal Family for official royal engagements!
We bake from our fully dedicated gluten free and SALSA-accredited site in Leytonstone, East London. You're welcome to pop by and check us out. Just contact us to make sure we will be there when you'd like to visit. 

All of our cakes are gluten free, wheat free and suitable for coeliacs

 We believe that treats are important, so we use the finest ingredients such as French butter, Belgian chocolate and free-range eggs. Because after all, why shouldn’t you have your cake and eat it too?

Keen baker and coffee connoisseur Sarah Hilleary created B-Tempted to provide amazing treats for those, who like herself, have a gluten intolerance. Aiming to not only satisfy her own refined palate but others too, Sarah started B-Tempted from her home kitchen, working hard to create an incredible range of cakes to rival any gluten based treat. Today, B-Tempted’s cakes are still handmade and are sold in world-famous stores such as Harrods and Fortnum & Mason.

A love of good food and a search for a new exciting challenge led to Adam joining the B-Tempted family. With almost 20 years experience working for Global Financial Institutions, specialising in Project Management & Business Process Management, Adam brings endless passion, energy and vision in steering B-Tempted towards being the #1 Gluten Free cake brand in the world. Whilst championing the strategic direction of B-Tempted he can also often be found testing the quality of each batch at B-Tempted HQ.
